SCOPE OF WORK
What We Repair
Flashing Defects
Step flashing, chimney flashing, valley flashing, and penetration seals that have failed, lifted, or were improperly installed.
Shingle Damage
Cracked, missing, or wind-lifted shingles. Granule loss indicating advanced weathering. Damage from ice or falling debris.
Ventilation Issues
Blocked soffits, failed ridge vents, or imbalanced intake/exhaust causing moisture buildup and premature deterioration.
Leak Investigation & Correction
Active leaks traced to source. Water infiltration points identified, documented, and correctly addressed.
Ice Dam Damage
Damage caused by ice damming — a direct result of inadequate ventilation or insulation — assessed and corrected at the source.
TARGETED REPAIR
PROJECT ASSESSMENT
How We Diagnose Roof Issues
We don’t begin repair work until we understand what’s actually failing and why. Our inspection process traces every symptom to its cause. We document what we find with photos and notes, then review the findings with you before recommending a scope of work. If your roof can be corrected with targeted repair, we’ll say so. If the system has deteriorated beyond the point where repair is the right answer, we’ll tell you that too — with the documentation to support it.
SCOPE DETERMINATION
When Is Repair the Right Answer?
Repair is appropriate when damage is localized, the underlying system is structurally sound, and correcting the failure will extend meaningful service life. We assess all three conditions before recommending a repair scope. We do not perform cosmetic repairs on roofs that require replacement. That would be a disservice to you and to the property.
