SCOPE OF WORK
How Every Project Runs
Every Anchor Ridge roof replacement addresses the full system — not just the visible shingles. Before installation begins, we document the scope. After completion, we verify it was met.
Deck Inspection & Assessment — We inspect deck condition, flashing, ventilation, and drainage. Findings are documented and reviewed with you before any recommendation is made.
Full Tear-Off — Existing roofing material removed to expose the deck. No layovers. Clean substrate for proper installation.
Underlayment Installation — Ice and water shield applied in accordance with WNY climate
requirements. Synthetic underlayment over the field.
Flashing Replacement — All step flashing, valley flashing, and penetration flashings replaced when necessary.
Ventilation Assessment — Ridge and soffit ventilation evaluated and balanced. Proper ventilation extends shingle life and prevents ice damming.
Shingle System Installation — Asphalt architectural shingles installed to manufacturer specifications for full warranty eligibility.
Final Inspection & Documentation — Completed work reviewed against defined scope.
Documentation provided at project close.

PROJECT STANDARDS
The Standard We Build To
Most roofing contractors replace shingles. We replace roofing systems. The difference is how we approach every component — from deck condition to ventilation balance — and how we document it.
The result is a roof that performs for its full intended service life under Western New York conditions.
Serving Buffalo, Amherst, Williamsville, Clarence, East Amherst, Tonawanda, and surrounding Western New York communities.
